How to install DayZ Mod for Minecraft 1.6.2/1.5.2:

• Download and install Minecraft Forge
• Download DayZ Mod
• Place the downloaded DayZ jar file in the .minecraft/mods folder just like any other forge mod
• Done

How to use OptiFine with Forge/Day Z

We noticed that there are some bugs/problems/crashes/errors if you use Optifine with Minecraft Forge and our DayZ Mod. Here you can read how to fix it.

• Install Forge build 225(only forge build that works with OptiFine)
• Install OptiFine HD Ultra for Minecraft 1.4.4 (This is OptiFine’s adfly,go to their page and download it yourself if you don’t like ad.flys).

How to install Pixelmon Mod for Minecraft

Client

• Install Minecraft Forge (as per forges instructions) in the minecraft.jar
• Extract Pixelmon.zip into .minecraft folder
• Play

Note: If upgrading from previous version of pixelmon, please delete the pixelmon.cfg in your .minecraft/config folder. If you do not, none of the new Pokemon will spawn!

Server

• Install Minecraft Forge (as per instructed) in the minecraft_server.jar
• Extract Pixelmon.zip into server folder
• Play

SkyBlock Map for Minecraft

Minecraft SkyBlock Map 

SkyBlock is one of the most popular minecraft maps ever created. The concept behind the map is very simple; you spawn on a floating island and must survive and complete challenges with the resources available to you.

This map was the original floating island type survival map, and a vast majority of survival maps are based on it.

Note: If you die before sleeping in a bed, it may be impossible to spawn back on the island.
